KeyChoc Automatic Moulding Lines
These moulding lines are ideally suited for the production of solid one/two colour chocolates or bars. The entire process, including mould heating, depositing, vibration, cooling and de-moulding, is automated and the lines are designed to operate with a maximum throughput of 800-2500 kgs of chocolate in an 8 hour production run.
There are two line sizes available: the AM290 has a single depositing head and operates with 290 moulds in constant circulation and the AM360 has two depositing heads and operates with 360 moulds. They can both use moulds measuring either 280x200x30mm or 300x225x30mm. Both lines are supplied with one set of moulds made to your design
The depositing heads are pneumatically driven and can dose from 2.5g to 512g of pure chocolate. The entire process is PLC controlled with a touch-screen controller. All major parts of the line are constructed entirely from stainless steel.

The AM360 is also available with servo driven depositor heads as an option. The advantages of having a servo-driven depositor are much more precise control of the dose
