Official Machinery Partner
of the
Barry Callebaut UK Chocolate Academy
KeyChoc Ltd has been appointed as the long term ‘Official Machinery Partner’ of the Barry Callebaut UK Chocolate Academy as from January 2010.
As part of the agreement KeyChoc is providing a range of machinery for use in the Banbury based Academy comprising:
- 12 x CH08 melting/holding tanks (for individual workstations)
- 1 x MM60 moulding machine (for dark chocolate)
- 1 x MM30 moulding machine (for milk chocolate)
- 1 x MM15 moulding machine (for white chocolate)
- 1 DEDY praline cutter
- 1 GAMI continuous temperer
DEDY praline cutters and GAMI continuous temperers are available in the UK exclusively through KeyChoc. KeyChoc will also provide a comprehensive back-up service and technical support from its engineering facility in St Helens.
Robert Harrison, business development manager at Barry Callebaut, comments: “Every few years we review our equipment suppliers to ensure that each of our 12 worldwide Academies are up to date. Our strategy is to offer courses designed for local markets and each of our Academies operates in its own local territory.
