We genuinely understand the critical importance of giving the correct advice, especially to smaller businesses where the performance and reliability of a single machine can make the difference between success and failure.

We will not recommend a machine to you unless it will fulfil your requirements and we therefore give you a commitment that if any KeyChoc machine does not do what we say it will do, we will simply take it back and refund the purchase price in full.

At KeyChoc, service does not end after we have installed your machine. Once the warranty period has expired, we can also offer you a service contract which will allow us to perform a thorough check of your machine bi-annually and carry out any preventative maintenance required.
