Buying Directly from KeyChoc

If we do not have a distributor in your country, you can still buy directly from KeyChoc.

Prices for Standard Range KeyChoc products are as shown on our price list but delivery costs will be charged as extra. For VAT (UK sales tax), the following rules apply:

1. If you are based in the EU but you do not have a VAT number in your country, then UK VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate (currently 17.5%).
2. If you are based in the EU and you do have a VAT number in your country, then VAT will not be charged
3. If you are based outside the EU and delivery is also outside the EU, then VAT is not chargeable.

To place your order, the quickest way is to do it through the Keylink Shopping Area by following these simple steps:

1. Go to www.keylink.org/shopping/account/register to register your details including VAT number, (which takes only a few minutes).
2. Log in at /www.keylink.org/shopping/ using your newly created username and password.
3. Select the items you wish to purchase and create your order.
4. At the Checkout, select “Pro-forma invoice”. We will then calculate the exact carriage charge and send you a pro-forma invoice by email. We will also tell you the expected delivery date
5. To make a payment, you can make a direct transfer into our bank account (details at www.keylink.org/working-with-keylink/bank-details)
