KeyChoc Semi-Automatic Depositor

The SD100 depositor has an inbuilt mould heating system and mould vibration station with a maximum capacity of 720 moulds per hour.

The depositing heads are pneumatically driven and can dose from 2.5g to 512g of pure chocolate. The depositor can use moulds measuring either 280x200x30mm or 300x225x30mm.The entire process is PLC controlled with a touch-screen controller. All major parts of the line are constructed entirely from stainless steel.

Buying Custom-Built Machinery

In order to provide you, our customer, with the combination of service and competitive pricing that you want, along with complete transparency, we now offer two principal ways of sourcing our custom-built machinery:

Buying Agent Route

With this route, we would act as your “go-between” with our partners and basically handle everything for you. You benefit because, quite simply, you pay the manufacturer for building the machine and you only pay us for the service we provide before and after sales. For example, we will help you with all of the following:

  • Finalisation of specification including technical drawings as required
  • Communication with selected Chinese partners to obtain proposals and quotation
  • Placing of order with full technical specification
  • Inspection of machine in China prior to dispatch
  • Installation and commissioning of machine at your premises

Direct Route

In some cases, we understand that cost is an absolutely critical element of the package. If you are prepared to manage the sourcing process yourself, then we are happy to put you in direct contact with the relevant manufacturer. We would of course still be available to help you with after-sales service if you required it.

KeyChoc Engineering Services

With either route, as we are familiar with the machinery produced by our nominated partners, KeyChoc can provide you with whatever back-up services you need in the future, including servicing, repairs and routine maintenance. If you choose the direct route, KeyChoc can still provide an installation and commissioning service if required.
