Vibrating Tables
Vibrating tables are commonly used to remove air-bubbles from chocolate during the moulding process as well as draining moulds when making a hollow figure or praline shell.

KeyChoc VT01 Vibrating Table
The VT01 has a draining grid which is particularly useful when turning out excess chocolate from praline or hollow figure moulds. It is height-adjustable so that it can be positioned above most bain-maries and melting tanks. Please note that the draining grid is not heated.

KeyChoc VT02 Vibrating Table
The VT02 is more compact but has no draining grid. It is therefore ideal for vibrating moulds for solid chocolate but if you are making praline shells or hollow figures, you will have to tap the moulds manually over a bowl to remove all the excess chocolate.
