Cooling Trolley – 60 Shelves

Cooling trolleys are the most efficient way to stack your moulds after filling, or even just storing/transporting them generally. They are easy to move around, they save a lot of space and cooling times are reduced as air can flow all around the mould.

KeyChoc cooling trolleys are made entirely of stainless steel and fitted with heavy-duty castors for easy mobility. They are designed to fit standard-size polycarbonate moulds measuring:

• 275 x 175mm (3 per shelf), or
• 275 x 135mm (4 per shelf)

The height of each level is 50mm and a trolley with 60 shelves can hold 180 or 240 moulds depending on the size of the mould.

Optional – We can also provide flat aluminium shelves for use with dipped or enrobed products, figures, or any other chocolate product that isn’t produced in a standard mould. The shelves measure 290mm x 540mm and can be purchased singly.
